How might we
Empower constructive and transparent renting practices?
Renting and landlording can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be, at Fiixed we took a human approach to improving this experience.
Inspired by a personal experience
"While renting in Palo Alto I become victim of predatory landlord who refused to return my deposit, unable to afford a lawsuit I absorbed the loss after learning there was no system that incentives ethical landlording at a local and tactical level.
